The Company announces that it was informed on 6th January 2011 that on this date the following transactions in ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place.

Andrew Holt, Executive Director of Parkwood, exercised share options over 3,600 Ordinary Shares at a price of 36.67 pence per share.

Mr Holt sold 3,600 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.5 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Holt's shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 4,843 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the Company's total issued share capital.
