The Company has been informed that Nexus Group Holdings Limited ("NGHL"), a 
company controlled by Harry Hyman and family interests of Harry Hyman, has today 
converted its interest in 869,565 Ordinary Shares held in the form of a contract 
for difference into a direct shareholding in the Company. The contract for 
difference was closed out at 300 pence per Ordinary Share and the shares were 
purchased also at a price of 300 pence per Ordinary Share. 
 
Harry Hyman's and NGHL's resultant beneficial and non-beneficial interests in 
the company's issued share capital are unchanged as a consequence of this 
transaction. Mr Hyman is currently beneficially interested in 49,482 Ordinary 
Shares and non-beneficially interested in 3,751,554 Ordinary Shares together 
representing 6.17% of the issued share capital of the Company. Included in these 
figures is NGHL's direct interest in 3,612,632 and that of other directors of 
the Nexus Group of companies of 138,922 Ordinary Shares in the Company. 
 
The 3,612,632 Ordinary Shares now held directly by NGHL remain subject to a 
debenture and fixed charge totaling GBP4.9m by its lending bank over all of 
NGHL's assets. 
 
Harry Hyman is Managing Director of the Company, and of Nexus Group Holdings 
Limited ("NGHL"), a party connected to Mr Hyman. Mr Hyman is therefore deemed to 
be non-beneficially interested in the Ordinary Shares held by NGHL and by other 
directors of the Nexus Group of companies.
