Return of Capital

Further to the announcement made on 21 May 2012, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce the return of an initial tranche of GBP4.29 million of capital, or 3.18333 pence per share, to shareholders of record as at 1 June 2012, with payment expected to be made on 6 July 2012 or as soon as possible thereafter.

It is intended that a second distribution of capital of approximately GBP3 million, or approximately 2.22610 pence per share, will be made within roughly 45 days from the date of the initial capital distribution, subject to the necessary protocols having been completed by the Company's subsidiary companies in Turkey and the remittance of funds to the Company.

Further information on the date of the second distribution will be announced in due course.
