("Natasa" or the "Company")

Posting of Circular

Natasa announces that, further to the announcement made by the Company on 27 February 2015, a circular ("Circular") containing further details in relation to the proposed cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("De-listing") and setting out the terms and conditions of a tender offer at a price of 30 pence per ordinary share, or equivalent amount in other selected currencies ("Tender Offer"), in order to provide shareholders with an opportunity to realise all or some of their investment in Natasa, is today being sent to shareholders.

The Circular also contains the notice of general meeting ("Notice of General Meeting") to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 25 March 2015 at Third Floor, 2-4 King Street, London SW1Y 6QL, at which shareholder approval for the De-listing and authority to implement the Tender Offer will be sought.

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.natasamining.com.
