I was saying all the assets were acquired in the liquidation and not “acquired” which could be used to construe that the acquisition was contrived and may not be true. Because we know it is true, right?

We know RDGL was working with Mayo,, as that was independently corroborated. The question is Mayo still working with RDGL now? I'm not aware of any indication from anyone at Mayo if that's still the case. Anything from RDGL isn't reliable. Their CEO, MK, is a proven serial liar.
