Replacement - Director Shareholding

Metal-Tech Ltd. has been informed today that Mr Ariel Rosenberg, CEO and Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 7.9 pence per share on 16 October 2009.

Following this purchase, Mr Rosenberg beneficially owns 28,027,000 ordinary shares in the Company (of which 27,270,000 are registered in the name of Hillah Consultants Ltd.), representing approximately 73.0 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
