Management has clarified in a letter dated 06 November 2006 that Mr Patrick
Evershed has an interest in 4,142,860 Ordinary Shares, being approximately 3.59%
of the issued share capital of the Company.  His holding was listed as 'Private
Clients' in the earlier notification.



New Star Asset Management Limited does not hold any shares beneficially, but
holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
