                               Additional Listing





Application has been made for the admission of 35,869 Common Shares of $0.05
each in the Company (the 'New Common Shares' or the 'Shares') to trading on the
AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ('Admission').



The application has been made to update the number of Common Shares admitted to
trading following a review of the Company's share register.



The New Common Shares and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.



It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New
Ordinary Shares on AIM will commence on 23 August 2007.
