Company at a price of 8.75p per share. Following this transaction Mr Davenport
has a beneficial interest in 350,045 Ordinary Shares of 40p each, representing

London Forfaiting Company PLC has today been advised that Mr Jack Wilson,
Chairman of London Forfaiting Company PLC, purchased on Friday 12 October 2001
275,000 Ordinary Shares of 40p each in the Company at a price of 9p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Wilson has a beneficial interest in 7,303,275
Ordinary Shares of 40p each, representing 6.97% of the issued ordinary share
