    LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS RE IDENTITY THEFT SCAM

    JZ Capital Partners Limited has been informed of an identity theft scam which is targeting JZ Capital Partners Limited shareholders. It
has come to our attention that several of our shareholders have been approached by an unauthorised third party attempting to extract
personal information from them in connection with a purported hostile take-over of JZ Capital Partners Limited.

    A letter has been sent to all shareholders today - the full text of which is set out below - confirming that JZ Capital Partners Limited
has NOT authorised any third party to make contact with shareholders and that JZ Capital Partners Limited is NOT the subject of a hostile
take-over bid. 

    We have reported the matter to the UKLA's Company Monitoring team and the relevant law enforcement agencies.

    The text of the letter to shareholders reads:

    "21 August 2008

    Dear Shareholder

    Identity theft scam

    We have been alerted to an identity theft scam which is targeting JZ Capital Partners Limited shareholders. It has come to our attention
that several of our shareholders have been approached by an unauthorised third party and we have received a sample copy of the "application"
form being circulated to members.

    The application requests information concerning passports, social insurance numbers etc be provided in exchange for the purchase of
their JZ Capital Partners Limited shares at a price of US$30 per share. We have also been advised that shareholders have been told that JZ
Capital Partners Limited is the subject of a hostile take-over bid as a means to motivate shareholders to part with their information and
accept this offer.

    This is a "scam" with no legitimate basis to it. We have notified the relevant regulatory and law enforcement agencies both in Guernsey
and the UK, including the Financial Services Authority, about this matter.

    The board of JZ Capital Partners Limited wishes to assure you that it has NOT authorised any third party to make contact with
shareholders and that JZ Capital Partners Limited is NOT the subject of a hostile take-over bid.

    Should you or a member of your family receive an application form, or any other communication requesting personal information, in
connection with your shareholding in JZ Capital Partners Limited, please destroy or delete the correspondence, as appropriate, and disregard
its contents. Alternatively, should you receive a call from somebody referring to such an application form or to a purported hostile
take-over bid, please inform the caller that you have received this letter and terminate the call.
