                            APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR


Jarlway Holdings plc (AIM: JWY), is pleased to announce the appointment to the
board of Mr. Stephen Chun Hong Wong, as a non-executive director.



Stephen Chun Hong Wong is a certified public accountant with his own public
accounting practice in Hong Kong.   Stephen has over 13 years' experience in the
audits of listed companies in Hong Kong and China and other companies of various
sizes.  He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Certified
General Accountants Association of Canada.



Mr. Stephen Chun Hong Wong (39) holds, or has in the last five years held, the
following directorships:
