IMSG GRANTED EXTENSION UNTIL 13 MARCH 2008 TO FILE OFFER DOCUMENT

An offer to acquire the entire issued share capital of ONE Media Holding AB
("ONE Media) was announced by International Marketing & Sales Group Limited
("IMSG") on 17 January 2008. The shares of ONE Media are listed on AktieTorget.
According to the AktieTorget Takeover-rules an offeror is to file its offer
document with AktieTorget within 28 days from announcement of the offer, i.e. 14
February 2008.

On 7 February 2008 IMSG applied for - and was granted - AktieTorget's extension
of the time for filing of the offer document until 13 March 2008. The reasons
supporting the request were inter alia the time needed to prepare the offer
document combined with the ambition to include financial information for ONE
Media in respect of the fiscal year 2007 for One Media (not yet available).

A draft of the offer document has been submitted to the Swedish Financial
Supervisory Authority for its review and approval prior to filing with
AktieTorget and posting to ONE Media shareholders. The date for posting of the
offer document will be announced shortly.
