Admission to Trading Following Successful Reverse Takeover and Fundraising

Introduction

The Board of Hunter is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Reverse Takeover of Gold Hunter and associated fundraising of a total of GBP925,000 (as detailed in the announcement of 3 July 2014).

Simon Hunt, Executive Chairman of Hunter Resources said, "I am delighted that the transaction has completed and that the Company has been admitted to AIM today. I look forward to working with the Management Team on developing the Pampamali Project in Peru, which we believe is a great opportunity for the Company.".

All defined terms are as per the Company's announcement of 9 June 2014 unless otherwise stated.

Admission to Trading of New Ordinary Shares

Following the Company receiving Shareholder approval for the 1:10 consolidation of its ordinary share capital and the completion of the reverse takeover and associated fundraising, the Company's enlarged Share Capital of 132,778,382 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each have today been admitted to trading on AIM.
