Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was notified yesterday that on 11 November 2014, John and Renate Gunn sold 2.5 million Ordinary Shares in Hightex at 0.092p and 7.1 million Ordinary Shares in Hightex at 0.094p.

Following sales yesterday, John & Renate Gunn no longer have a notifiable interest in Hightex Group Plc.
