    The Company received notification today that on 9 October 2008 Westcombe Investments Ltd purchased 16,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the Company.  As a result of this transaction Westcombe Investments Ltd and associates currently have a notifiable interest in
1,356,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 9.15 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
