                    RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING



Genosis PLC is pleased to announce that, at an Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Company which took place earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders
in order to effect the Subscription to raise #2.3 million (before expenses)
announced on 18 May 2007, were duly passed.


The Subscription remains conditional upon Admission of the Subscription Shares
to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission and dealings in the
Subscription Shares will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 19 June 2007.
