GLOBUS MARITIME: NOTIFICATION OF MATERIAL INTEREST IN SHARES 
 
 
May 19, 2010. Athens, Greece. Globus Maritime Limited ("Globus" or the 
"Company") (AIM: GLBS), has received notification that on 17 May 2010 Kairos 
Investment Management as agent for Kairos Fund Ltd. sold a total of 900,000 
ordinary shares of US$0.001 each in the Company with direct voting rights, 
representing 3.10% of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
Following this sale Kairos Fund Ltd. has reduced their interest from 3.76% to 
0.66% of the Company's total issued share capital, namely 190,000 ordinary 
shares of US$0.001 of the Company with direct voting rights.
