Re: Cancellation of admission to AIM

Gatekeeper announces that at the Company's General Meeting held on Friday 19th September, the resolution to cancel admission of
Gatekeeper's shares from AIM was duly passed. It is expected that the cancellation will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 1 October 2008.

Further the Board decided that the Company will not expand the number of shares to be purchased by the company pursuant to the offer
dated 15 August 2008 (the "Offer"), to buyback up to 2,500,000 of its issued and outstanding Common Shares at a price of �0.20 per Common
Share, net to the seller in cash.

As of 21 September 2008, 6,327,541 of Gatekeeper's Common Shares have been tendered pursuant to the Company's Offer.

Gatekeepers' Board of Directors makes no recommendation as to whether or not stockholders should tender their Common Shares in the
Offer. Stockholders must make their own decision whether to tender Common Shares for buyback by the Company.

The Company's majority stockholder, which currently holds 26,707,050 Common Shares (representing approximately 67.8% of the 39,397,693
outstanding Common Shares at the date of this announcement), has agreed that it will not tender any of the Common Shares held by it.

The terms and conditions of the Offer are described in the circular that was delivered to the Company's stockholders on or about 15
August 2008 (the "Offer Circular"), and is available on the Company's website at www.gatekeepersystems.com under Investor Relations -
Financial Information Center - Financial News. As a result of the extension of the period during which the Offer is open, all references in
the Offer Circular to the date 15 September 2008 are changed to 29 September 2008, and all references in the Offer Circular to the date 29
September 2008 are changed to 13 October 2008. Except for the extension of the period during which the Offer is open and the resulting date
changes described above, the terms and conditions of the Offer are otherwise unchanged and are as described in the Offer Circular.
