                             Director Shareholding


Greatfleet announces that it has received notification today from Jonathan Hill,
Chairman of the Company, that he has purchased 22,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 16.5p per share. This purchase was effected on 16 January
2006. The shares were bought via Mr. Hill's Self Invested Personal Pension
scheme, the trustees of which are Suffolk Life Annuities Ltd. Following this
purchase, the beneficial interest of Mr. Hill in the share capital of Greatfleet
is 22,000 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the current issued share capital
of the Company.

Jonathan Hill also has a non-beneficial interest in the 11,666,666 ordinary
shares which General Capital Venture Finance Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of General Capital Group plc, own in Greatfleet representing 20.8% of the
current issued share capital of the Company. Jonathan Hill is a director and
significant shareholder of General Capital Group plc.

Finally, pursuant to a voting agreement dated 19 July 2005 between Fidecs and
Jonathan Hill, Fidecs is required to vote the 2,352,004 ordinary shares it holds
as directed by Mr. Hill. This voting agreement expires on 28 March 2006. Further
details of this agreement are set out in the admission document published by the
Company on 30 November 2005.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 2p per share.
