Further to the announcement in relation to the recommended proposals for the 
reconstruction and winding-up of F&C UK Select Trust plc (the "Company") made on 
22 April 2010, the Company confirms that, to facilitate implementation of (the 
"Circular") the Scheme and as set out in the circular to the Company's 
shareholders dated 30 April 2010, settlement of trades in the Ordinary Shares 
through CREST has been suspended.
