   Planned Exit Shares - Interim Dividend Announcement - Amendment 
 
   The payment date should have read 12 January 2015 and not 2 January 
2015. No other dates will changes as per the previous announcement dated 
17 December 2014. 
 
   The Board of Foresight 2 VCT plc is pleased to declare an interim 
dividend of 7.5p per Planned Exit Share which will be paid on 12 January 
2015. The Shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 29 December 2014 and the 
record date for payment will be 30 December 2014. This payment takes the 
total dividends paid on the Planned Exit Shares to 20.5p per Share since 
June 2011. 
 
   This interim dividend is in excess of the 5.0p per Planned Exit Share 
originally targeted but represents a partial return of the proceeds 
received from the successful sale of Channel Technical Services Ltd.
