The Company was informed on 18 May 2007 that FMR Corp has disposed of its entire
holding of 7,787,502 ordinary shares in FPS.

The Company was also informed on 18 May 2006 that Fidelity International Limited
had acquired 7,782,502 ordinary shares in FPS. Following this transaction
Fidelity International Limited have a notifiable interest in 8,333,334 ordinary
shares in FPS, representing approximately 9.09 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
