South America Development Begins in Ecuador



The establishment of a network of franchisees in South America has commenced in
Ecuador with an Area Development Agreement starting with 5 locations. The site
of the first FACES location has already been identified in the Mall del Rio
Shopping Centre where a new phase is currently being built.



The South American market should represent a growth opportunity for FACES
products and services, which have been well received by consumers as part of the
franchisee appointment process.



The entry into Ecuador is a first step for the Company to pursue further
expansion in neighboring countries and, ultimately, throughout South America.
