Conversion of loan notes 
 
 
Evergreen announces that in accordance with the terms of the Convertible Loan 
Note Instrument executed on 23 April 2008 by Evergreen (under its previous name 
of Ethanol Investments plc), GBP258,697 of Loan Notes have been converted into 
205,315 new ordinary shares in the Company. 
 
 
Application has been made for the 205,315 new ordinary shares to be admitted to 
trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 5 August 2009. 
 
 
Following conversion there are 12,318,860 shares in issue and GBP963,357 of 
outstanding Loan Notes
