    Board Changes

    Evergreen Securities plc (AIM:EVER), the cleantech investment company, announces today that its non-Executive Chairman, Mr. Nigel
A'Brassard, has resigned from the Company effective 4 July 2008 for personal reasons.

    Peter Greensmith, Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of Interim Chairman with immediate effect, pending further additional
board appointments.
