Following EuroTelecom's announcement yesterday that two of the directors of
the Company had resigned, the Board has noted the fall in the Company's share
price.

The Company is in discussions with parties, which may or may not lead to an
injection of funds to resolve the Company's working capital difficulties.

A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
