The Board of Directors of The Equity Partnership Investment Company Plc wish to announce that a fourth dividend of 3.2688 pence per income share for the year ended 31 July 2011 will be payable to all eligible income shareholders at record date 22 July 2011.

The ex dividend date is 20 July 2011 and the dividend will be paid on 29 July 2011.
