    Completion of Disposal

    Further to the announcement on 6 November 2008, Energem Resources Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, following approval
from over 99% of votes cast at the Company's recent shareholders' meeting in respect of the Company's proposed disposal of the remaining 30
percent interest in the refined fuel product tank farm and distribution facility at Apapa Port, Lagos, Nigeria for a gross cash
consideration of US$42.7 million, and satisfaction of the other conditions precedent, the transaction has completed.
