Trading Update

New Business Opportunities

Eicom is pleased to announce that its Science and Technology Channel, SciTech
TV, via its distribution agent Lagardere Networks International, has been
approached in relation to its transmission on platforms in Portugal, Poland,
Croatia, Turkey and East Africa. Although the channel has been developed as a
server delivered service, this level of interest has meant that the cost of
satellite up-linking can be justified and the Company is negotiating to license
transponder space from satellite providers with a single footprint covering
Europe, the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa.

Eicom is also pleased to announce that its programme sales and acquisition
division, Green Light Cable and Satellite Ltd, is currently negotiating the sale
of more than 100 films for four channels on Sky's digital TV platform.

Strategic Developments

On the 26th March 2007 the Company announced its final results and highlighted
the fact that with the benefit of the announced fundraising it was actively
pursuing acquisitions while conducting due diligence with regard to exercising
the option to acquire the UK based film library, Renown Productions Limited.

As previously stated the Company's intention is to acquire filmed content that
complements the existing Performance Channel brand as well as leading it into
new content areas.

This will enable Eicom to further leverage its broadcast capabilities, namely
its under-utilised broadcast fixed assets and its distribution agreements with
satellite and cable broadcasters throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

If the assets currently being pursued are acquired Eicom will aim to develop new
revenue streams such as Video-on-Demand, IPTV streaming and the packaging and
sale of content through direct broadcast sales. The Directors believe this
diversification will be crucial in the coming years to enhance shareholder value
and enable Eicom to play a role in any further industry consolidation.

Current Trading

The Company's music and arts TV channel, Performance Channel, has witnessed a
recent increase in its viewing figures among adults. The channel's audience is
predominantly 35+ middle-to-up-market, thereby offering advertisers a
demographic with high disposable income and spending power which gives it a
value disproportionate to its size.

In order to retain and develop this audience, Performance Channel is revising
its schedule over the summer months and is considering the acquisition of new
programming to reinforce the more popular end of the brand.
