Following the announcements today that Acorn Global Investments Limited had closed its successful offer for Dhir India Investments plc and that application has been made for cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 23 February 2012, the Company announces that Charles Hambro, John Bourbon and Arun Singh have resigned as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect.
