As at the close of business on 19th October 2007, the estimated net asset values
of the Company's shares are as follows:

These valuations, which have been prepared in good faith by the Company's
investment manager, are for information purposes only and are based on the
unaudited estimated valuations supplied to the Company's investment adviser by
the administrators or managers of the Company's underlying investments. Such
estimates may be subject to little verification or other due diligence and may
not comply with generally accepted accounting practices or other generally
accepted valuation principles. In addition, some of those estimates may not be
supplied on a regular or timely basis with the result that the values of such
investments are based on the latest available estimates which may be some time
before the date set out above. In respect of the valuations, 6 of the Company's
68 investments have not been valued within 7 days of such date. Other risk
factors which may be relevant to these valuations are set out in the Company's
prospectus dated 10 March 2006.



Voting Rights and Capital



The Company's capital as of October 25, 2007, consists of 93,704,379 # Shares,
5,294,893 US$ Shares and 24,780,276 Euro Shares with voting rights. Therefore, the
total number of voting rights in the Company is 93,704,379 in respect of the #
Shares, 5,294,893 in respect of the US$ Shares and 24,780,276 in respect of the
Euro Shares.



All Shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of Shares held.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 123,779,548 and
this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
