STATEMENT REGARDING THE HALF-YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT

As previously announced, the Company is in discussions with David Ross, its banks and the pension trustees to secure a long term financing solution. The Group has not yet published its Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2011 and, whilst financing discussions continue, their outcome continues to remain uncertain. Consequently, the Company will also not be in a position to publish the Half Yearly Financial Report, for the 6 months to 30 June 2012, which is required under DTR 4.2.2.

The Board is continuing to focus on finding a solution for all parties involved in the discussions and will make a further announcement as soon as possible.
