Conduit Holdings today announces the vesting of the first tranche of the bonus deferral award made with respect to a 2021 annual bonus award to Stuart Quinlan, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"), and Stuart Quinlan acquired 34,166 common shares. Stuart's total current shareholding ownership interest, including persons closely associated with him, now stands at 143,366.
