Board Appointment



Creston plc, the marketing services group, announces the appointment of Andrew
Dougal as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of its Audit
Committee.  The appointment is made with immediate effect.



Since qualifying as a chartered accountant in1975, Mr Dougal, 55, has held a
number of senior management positions.  He was Chief Executive of Hanson plc,
the international building materials company between 1997 and 2002.  Before the
demerger in 1997 of Hanson, the diversified industrial group, Mr Dougal held a
number of senior roles including Group Finance Director between 1995 and 1997.
He is currently a non-executive director of Taylor Woodrow plc where he also
chairs its audit committee and is a non-executive director of Premier Farnell
plc.  His was also a non-executive director and member of the audit and
remuneration committees of BPB plc from 2003 to 2005, and non-executive director
and member of the audit committee of Celtel International BV during 2004/2005.


Commenting on the appointment, David Marshall, Chairman of Creston, said:



"We are delighted that Andrew has agreed to join the Board of Creston at this
exciting stage in the Group's development.  His extensive experience both in the
UK and overseas will help to strengthen and deepen the team yet further and will
be invaluable as the Group pursues its strategy of building an international
group."



There is no other information in respect of Mr Dougal that is required to be
disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
