US Dollar Share Class Closure

The Company has previously announced that the US Dollar Share Class will be closing following the redemption of the entire US Dollar share class, based on the Redemption Date of 1 September 2014.

The redemption Net Asset Value for the USD Class has been calculated at US$ 1.1361 per Share.

Redemption monies are expected to be paid to US Dollar Shareholders on 18 September 2014.

The US Dollar share class will therefore cease to exist on 18 September 2014 and the FCA will remove the listing from the Official List.
