Following the announcement of the appointment of an administrator to the Company on 28 March 2012, Panmure Gordon & Co. has today resigned as Nomad to the company with immediate effect. Pursuant to the AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, the London Stock Exchange may cancel the admission of the Company's securities.
