Annual General Meeting - Statement

At the Company's Annual General Meeting, held this afternoon, the Chairman of the Company made the following statement:

"Whilst not immune to events in the general economy, our pipeline remains strong and we are encouraged by our results so far in 2013.

Due to our business model, our dedicated staff and the much appreciated support of our clients, we have been profitable every year since the Company was founded in 2005. We continue to grow our client base and raise equity capital for our corporate clients.

Prior to today's declaration of a final dividend of 4p per share, which is payable on 14 May 2013, we have paid out 68.5p in dividends to our shareholders since our listing in 2006. In 2012, we had also bought back in for cancellation 8.9m shares representing 12.3% of our then issued share capital, which will enhance earnings per share in the future. "
