The Company was informed on 27 June 2012 that on 26 June 2012 Geoffrey Webb, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, had acquired 900,000 ordinary shares of 1pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.7pence per share.

Following this purchase, Geoffrey Webb holds 2,507,090 Ordinary Shares representing 1.4 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
