London, UK, 28 August 2007: BioProgress plc ('BioProgress' or the 'Company')
(AIM: BPRG; NASDAQ: BPRG), the specialty pharma and healthcare company, was
notified on 21 August that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd now has
an interest in 7,446,317 shares of BioProgress Plc representing 3.89% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
