                        Exercise of Warrants and Options


LONDON - 23rd April 2007 - BDI Mining Corp. ("the Company") announces that it
has received the following applications to exercise options/warrants:


   * 200,000 options exercised at 18.6p per share
   * 750,000 warrants exercised at 28p per share
   * 1,000,000 warrants exercised at 25p per share


The shares issued pursuant to this exercise will rank pari passu with all
existing Common shares in the Company.


The total number of Common Shares in issue, following this exercise of warrants
and options, will be 106,559,985. Application has been made, for those shares
issued pursuant to the exercise of the warrants, to be admitted to trading on
AIM and this is expected to commence on 27 April 2007.
