Company has been informed that as at close of business on 18th October 2005, FMR
Corp., the parent holding company of Fidelity Management Trust Company, of 82
Devonshire Street, Boston, MA 02109, and its direct and indirect subsidiaries,
and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, no
longer have a notifiable interest in the Ordinary shares of The Belhaven Group
Plc.
