Baugur Group hf is the majority shareholder of A Holding SA.

We have an interest in 66,391,564 ordinary shares in The Big Food Group plc.
So far as we know the current registered holder of 65,891,564 of these shares is
A Holding SA and the registered holder of the remaining 500,000 shares is
Kaupthing Bank hf.
