This notification relates to the ordinary share capital of The Big Food Group 
plc.

We are the majority shareholder of A Holding SA.

We hold an interest in 57,041,564 ordinary shares in The Big Food Group Plc.
So far as we know the current registered holder of 56,541,564 of these shares is
A Holding SA and the registered holder of the remaining 500,000 shares is
Kaupthing Bank hf.

Baugur Group hf is the majority shareholder of A Holding SA.

We hold an interest in 57,041,564 ordinary shares in The Big Food Group Plc.
So far as we know the current registered holder of 56,541 564 of those shares is

Kaupthing Bank hf.
