acquired 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of 4.25 
pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Houstoun's total holding is now 54,955,733
ordinary shares in the Company which represents 26.3 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
