The Board of Baronsmead VCT 5 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 20 September 2016 was 76.49p per share.

A second interim dividend of 2.0p per share has been declared and is payable on 30 September 2016 to members on the register as of 2 September 2016.

The second interim dividend of 2.0p per share has been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2016 as the ex-dividend date is 1 September 2016.
