    ATA Group plc ("the Company")

    Change of Name to RTC Group plc

    ATA Group plc announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions were duly passed, including the
special resolution to change the Company's name from ATA Group plc to RTC Group plc. 

    The change of name will become effective for London Stock Exchange purposes at 08h00 on 22 May, at which time the Company's ticker code
will change from ATA to RTC.
