Astaire Group PLC ("Astaire") was notified yesterday that, following the purchase of 750,000 Astaire Shares at a price of 1.35 pence each yesterday by Mr Edward Vandyk and his wife, Mr and Mrs E Vandyk's combined holding increased to 11,050,000 Astaire Shares representing 5.38 per cent. of Astaire's issued share capital.
