Admission, Total Voting Rights and Directors' Shareholdings

Ashcourt Rowan plc (AIM: ARP), the UK wealth management group, announces that Admission and trading of 18,364,798 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Share Consolidation and 8,500,000 Placing Shares issued pursuant to the Placing, commenced today on AIM.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, Ashcourt Rowan's issued share capital consists of 26,864,798 ordinary shares of GBP0.20 each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 26,864,798 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company's TIDM code remains ARP.L and its ISIN and SEDOL numbers are GB00B6540P35 and B6540P3, respectively.
