The Directors of Ashcourt Rowan plc (AIM: ARP), the wealth management group, are pleased to announce that the Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have today been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 10AM on 29 September 2011 at the offices of Memery Crystal, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP and the Notice for the AGM can be found on pages 89 and 90 of the Annual Report.
