Notice is given that #22,345,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds were
purchased on behalf of the Company on Thursday 7 November 2002 and are to be
cancelled forthwith pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof.

Following cancellation, #9,250,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds
will be outstanding.
